Big news for 2026

I am excited to formally announce that I have taken a full time position with
​Nalu Hospitality. ​
You may have already tasted one of my desserts at  
one of the  Nalus (Dewey and Rehoboth) as well as the
Summer House and The Libation Room.  I look forward to creating delicious and sweet memories. 

I will be taking a very  limited number of 
Large events, Wedding orders, sculpted cake and cookie orders.
 I recommend you contact me as soon as possible so I can be sure your event date is open. 

I will be posting here on my website as well  as on social media about  delicious desserts that you will be able to enjoy at all of the restaurants in the Nalu Hospitality  Family. I will also be posting about special pop events, possible classes and Chef series that I will be involved with!  There will be lots of exciting and delicious opportunities for you to still enjoy my desserts and sweets.
